John Mosley tracked and located Project Thor.

The Arrival — Attempts to Interdict Project Thor · Antithesis of "The Observer"

• Mosley made a tactical assault on the compound that originally housed the Thor beacon, after it arrived. He used a pulse energy weapon to neutralize law enforcement, security and research personnel. He did not locate the Thor beacon.
• Mosley infiltrated the home of Colonel Jacobson attempting to locate the Thor beacon. With an energy weapon and a mind probe, he learned the location of Project Thor.
• Mosley abducted Peter Bishop, attached the mind probe to him, and discerned that the gravesite of Robert Bishop, Peter's grandfather, was where he would be able to locate the Thor beacon.
• Mosley retrieved the object with Peter Bishop's help. Agent Dunham tracked Mosley to the cemetary and shot him as he attempted to escape.
