In his lab, Walter attempts to simulate travel between alternate universes using frogs. The science team believes that the disappearance in Pennsylvania may not be an isolated incident. | 203 | Fracture | 10/01/2009 | The team investigates a deadly occurrence where a recent bomb blast has left no discernable trace of the explosive device. The perplexing circumstances return Walter to the lab to examine human remains in search of the source of the explosion. Doctors operate quickly, but the girl revives and recites a classified alpha-numeric code from a nuclear submarine. The wedding ceremony may be another testing ground for weaponized fringe science. Walter believes the formula links to a branch in the Bishop family tree. They learn of a second woman who has been turned into a human weapon by an unscrupulous drug company executive and save her before she can be shipped to "the client." | 107 | In Which We Meet Mr. Jones | 11/11/2008 | The Science Team tackles a case involving a strange, almost-otherworldly parasite that has attached itself to the internal organs of a dying FBI agent. Racing against time, Agent Dunham flies to Germany to meet with an imprisoned man who reveals disconcerting details of a much larger threat. | 109 | The Dreamscape | 11/25/2008 | A Massive Dynamic employee is convinced he is being attacked by butterflies and jumps out of a skyscraper window to escape them. Although Olivia's unexplained interaction with Agent Scott leads to breaks in the case, she is so desperate to rid her consciousness of him that she demands to go back in the tank. | 110 | Safe | 12/2/2008 | A team of robbers steals the contents of selected safety deposit boxes by using technology to literally walk through the walls of bank vaults. The thefts give them access to pieces of a device described by Walter as a time machine. Although Walter never tested the machine, the leader of the robbers uses it to teleport a criminal from a German prison to a deserted airstrips in Massachusetts. Olivia is kidnapped.
